My career in the creative industries began in radio, music and publishing. Later I made the transition to digital media in 2008. Alongside this, I used my skills and experience to advise artists and creatives with their projects. In 2012, I began representing the Neil Kenlock Archive, which is one of the UK’s rarest collections of Black British history in photographs.
As the creative director I oversee a range of business, including curation, licence agreements, partnerships and PR opportunities. In the last few years, I have acquired funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund to run a creative project, recruiting over thirty freelancers, volunteers, contractors and agencies across the UK.
Key areas of practice:
- IP, copyright, and licence agreements
- Product sales
- PR and Media
- Gallery and museum liaison
- Brand partnership
- Archive management
- Grants and funding applications
